Gingerbread & Vanilla
Spicy Hot Chocolate
- 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 30g of dark chocolate
- 15ml of gingerbread syrup
- 10ml of vanilla syrup
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- Chamallows
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until it's hot but not boiling. Add the chopped chocolate into the hot milk and stir until completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the gingerbread syrup and vanilla syrup. Stir well to incorporate all the ingredients. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's heated through and the flavors meld. Once the hot chocolate is ready, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the hot chocolate into mugs. If desired, garnish each mug with marshmallows and sprinkle with cocoa for an extra festive touch. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious gingerbread syrup hot chocolate!
